12-Month Warranty Terms and Conditions

We are committed to providing high-quality repairs and stand by our work with an almost unheard of 12-month warranty on most of our repairs. However, to avoid misuse, we do need to have some conditions and exclusions. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

  1. Warranty Coverage:

    • This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship in the repair services provided.

    • The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of the completed repair.

  2. Exclusions:

    • This warranty does not cover any issues that are not related to the original repair.

    • Any new damage or faults that occur after the repair due to misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear or other external factors are not covered.

    • Software issues, viruses and malware, program crashes or operating system failures are not covered by this warranty.

    • Issues caused by installation of new software or hardware, updates etc are not covered.

    • The warranty becomes void is unauthorised repairs are carried out by another party, or the computer’s casing has been opened.

  3. Customer Responsibilities:

    • Customers must provide proof of the original repair (receipt or invoice) when requesting warranty service.

    • Customers should ensure proper use and maintenance of the device as per manufacturer guidelines.

  4. Warranty Claims:

    • If a problem arises that you believe is related to the original repair, please contact us immediately.

    • We will inspect the device to determine if the issue is covered under this warranty.

    • If the fault is deemed to be covered, we will carry out an additional repair at no extra cost.

    • Where a replacement part was fitted as part of the original repair, our repair service warranty will be limited to the length of the warranty supplied on the replacement part, up to a maxium of 12 months. For example, if a replacement part comes with a 3-month supplier warranty, our repair service warranty for that part will be limited to 3 months.

  5. Technician’s Decision:

    • Our technicians will assess whether a future problem is related to the original repair.

    • The technician’s decision regarding the cause of the issue and its coverage under this warranty is final and binding.

  6. Limitations:

    • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original repair.

    • The warranty is void if the device is tampered with by any party other than our authorized technicians.

  7. Resolution:

    • Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of parts originally repaired.

    • We are not responsible for any data loss or consequential damages arising from the repair or warranty service.
